COVID-19 Has Brought Holiness By Fire By Force - MFM Pastor, Dr. Dk Olukoya

The General overseer and Founder of Mountain Of Fire And Miracles Ministry (MFM) Worldwide, Dr. Dk Olukoya, on Thursday had a session of questions and interaction during a program, called KIAROS, held yearly by the MFM Intl HQ Youth Church.

In the 2020 edition which held Thursday, he was asked about the effects of COVID-19 on man amongst other questions and he replied; saying he nicknamed COVID-19, “HOLINESS BY FIRE BY FORCE” adding that "COVID-19 has been a season that has brought fear, panic, suffering upon a lot of people, its very clear from happenings around us." 

He further said that it's as if God pressed the reset button for everyone, because so many things have changed adding that in the course of the pandemic, he has noted a lot of things numbering up to 250 and written it down in his note as lessons learned from COVID-19.

In his interaction, he noted that in this period, we have seen that those things we prioritized too much really don’t matter {vanity upon vanity, all is vanity}, and we can do without them.

*Brought down the level of sin, and increased the level of holiness.
* Adultery, fornication have gone down.
*Night iniquities have gone down.
*It has shown that many of the most important things we do in life carry no value at all.
*People who didn’t read books, have suddenly become readers.
*Those who don’t stay and pray with family now do so.
*Readers of the word of God {Bible} have increased
*Those who had no time for God, have now been forced to have time.
*With the face mask on people, we can’t tell whose handsome and beautiful. Everyone looks ugly with mask on. Face mask has wiped away everything that makes people's faces look good. It has made everything different, he said.
*It has troubled mankind and made mankind to do very deep thinking
*It has purified the greedy heart.
*It has impacted family life.
*It has made some better leaders and some better parents.
*It has impacted humanity in a way that had never happened before.
*It has made many see the priorities in life.
*It has made people understand that been a friend of God is not the same as going to church.
*It has become a powerful leveler.
*It has made many pastors to learn that there is difference between putting blocks together and building people.
*Brought sanity into many aspects of human life.
*Terrorists and kidnappers seem to have withdrawn to their camps.

Olukoya further said it was obvious that there’s a supernatural hand behind all these and that the Almighty is not happy. He also said the major lesson we can see from all these happenings, is “Man will always be Man, and GOD will always be GOD."

He finally advised all Children of God to sit down and reconsider their ways, advised  everyone not to live in fear, but in confidence of the lord.
