COVID-19: Jude Okoye's Wife Placed On Oxygen

Former beauty queen Ify Okoye, the wife of Jude Okoye, former manager and elder brother of the now-defunct music duo P-Square, has been placed on oxygen amid the battle with COVID-19.

Ify took to Instagram story on Saturday as she shared a picture of herself attached to an oxygen tank with a brief post reading: “surviving COVID-19.”

She shared another clip of her “bestie” who paid her a visit but was unable to get close to her due to the novel disease.

Ify’s COVID-19 diagnosis came a few days after her husband recovered from the disease.

Her post came about two days after Paul Okoye, better known as Rudeboy, recovered from the disease after battling it for 11 days.

AllNews reported on Monday that Ali Baba, a popular comedian, released a video on Instagram after his return from COIVID19 isolation center in Yaba, Lagos State where he spent his Christmas and New Year celebration. while recounting his experience.

"Don’t let anyone tell you it’s a scam. I just came out of isolation. Several people died while I was there. Some of my close friends knew and they were very supportive." he had said.

"I thank the Lagos State governor @jidesanwoolu and the commissioner for health, the MD of the COVID CENTRE in YABA, the Doctors, especially Dr Nifemi, who are risking their lives to keep us alive. Thanks to all the nurses."
