The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Sunday announced 260 new cases of COVID-19 in the country. 

According to a tweet via its official handle, Abia recorded the daily highest infections with 67 new cases, followed by the FCT and Lagos with 40 and 38 cases respectively. 

As at the time of filing this report, Nigeria has 12,486 confirmed cases, 3959 recoveries and 354 deaths.
