COVID-19: Nigerian Government Receives More Vaccine From Gre

The Federal Government of Nigeria has received the donation of Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccine from Greece.

Greece's Foreign Affairs Minister, Nikolaos Dendias, announced the donation in Abuja on Monday, during a meeting with Nigeria's Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama and other government officials.

According to him, Nigeria and Greece have enjoyed a favourable bond over the years, adding that his country was willing to broaden the ties.

Dendias added that such an expansion would culminate into stronger bilateral ties to resolve various issues affecting both nations.

Onyeama responded by saying that Nigeria has enjoyed a smooth partnership with Greece in the area of defence. He added that the current administration was ready to widen relations, especially in the areas of agriculture and infrastructure.
