COVID-19: South Africa's Minister Of Health Tests Positive

South Africa's Minister of Health, Zweli Mkhize, disclosed that he and his wife both tested positive for coronavirus.

He said that the test was conducted after a feeling of weariness set upon him, accompanied by a loss of appetite.

Although, Mkhize has now gone into self-isolation and he's positive that he and his wife will fully recover.

He is the fifth South African minister to test positive for the virus.

In his message to South Africans, he advised that they ensure to follow all protocols that protect them from contracting the virus.

South Africa remains the worst-hit African country, with over 700,000 coronavirus cases, with more than 18,000 deaths.
