Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome, professionally known as Ali Baba, has released a video on Instagram after his return from COIVID19 isolation center in Yaba, Lagos State where he spent his Christmas and New Year celebration.
Ali Baba is a prominent Nigerian stand-up comedian.
He strongly warns individuals to adhere to the COVID19 safety guidelines to avoid contracting the virus as he thanks Gbenga Adeyinka the first and others who supported him and his family during his stay at the isolation center.

"Don’t let anyone tell you it’s a scam. I just came out of isolation. Several people died while I was there. Some of my close friends knew and they were very supportive."

It would be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari had approved the appointment of Ali Baba, as Chairman of a committee of the creative industry stakeholders - to look into and advise the Federal Government on the best way to mitigate the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the industry.
The committee, led by Ali Baba has Anita Eboigbe of NAN as Secretary.
