Cristiano Ronaldo nets winner for Al Nassr side in Asian Cha

Cristiano Ronaldo was the show's star as he netted for his Al Nassr side to give them a vital away win in the Asian Champions League.

Home side Al Feiha was playing in front of their home fans but with Ronaldo on the opposing side, problems beckoned for them as hostility ensued in the Asian football scene.

Al Nassr was without one of their star names Sadio Mane but the presence of Ronaldo offered much to the visitors.

Ronaldo had a good chance to open the scoring at the stroke of half-time but his effort in the 45+2 minutes was parried away for a corner kick after he superbly controlled the ball before taking the initial shot with his left foot.

He had another chance to open the scoring but his header went straight to Al Feiha's goalkeeper after he was found with a superb cross in the box.

Anderson Talisca could have opened the scoring for his Al Nassr side in the 66th minute but his overhead kick went wide of the goal.

However, with 10 minutes remaining the goal came as Ronaldo combined pretty well outside the area with Marcelo Brozovic to open the scoring.

Ronaldo finished the return ball into the back of the net to make it 1-0 for the visitors.

Zambia striker Fashion Sakala could have levelled up for the home side Al Feiha after a decent effort was saved over the goal to relieve the Al Nassr side.

His impressive run at the edge of the area caused a late scare in the 90+3 minutes as it finished 1-0 to the Al Nassr side thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo's heroics in the contest.
