Customs Recover N10 Million Worth Of Indian Hemp, Tramadol F

The Nigerian Customs Service (NCS) has on Wednesday declared that its Federal Operations Unit (FOU), Zone B Kaduna intercepted 250 parcels of cannabis sativa worth over N10.4 million, suspected to be headed to bandits' hideouts in Katsina State.

According to the Comptroller of FOU Zone B Kaduna, A.B. Hamisu, other drugs seized by the FOU includes 75,582 tablets of Tramadol worth over N29.7million, 1,582 tablets of D5 worth N12.7million.

He stated that the culprits were arrested in the Basari Area of Katsina state.

He appealed to anyone with useful information on illicit items and drugs to report to the relevant security agencies for prompt action.
