Daddy Freeze Reacts To Actor Nkem Owoh's Nollywood Comment

Daddy Freeze has reacted to movie legend Nkem Owoh's comment about Nollywood films.

Nkem Owoh praised Nollywood practitioners for their efforts in making Nigerian films competitive with foreign films.

In a recent interview with a news reporter in Enugu, the movie legend described Nigerian films as far superior to their Bollywood and Hollywood counterparts.

Nkem Owoh claims that because Nigerian films depict real-life stories and events, comparing the quality of Nigerian films to those from advanced countries is incorrect.

In response, Daddy Freeze stated that his opinion was incorrect because Nollywood is still far behind.

Though he agrees that our music is on par with global standards, our films remain mediocre.

He urged the veteran to tell the truth, claiming that Nkem Owoh's ideas are a representation in an idealized vacuum.
