Dr Gbenga Fapohunda has been appointed as the Acting Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Dangote Cement Plc
His appointment was after the resignation of Guillaume Moyen the Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO)of the company.
This was disclosed through a notice filed with the Exchange and signed by the company’s secretary, Edward Imoedemhe.
Dr Gbenga Fapohunda was welcomed by the company as the new Acting Group Chief Finance Officer of DCP, effective July 1, 2022, and was wished a successful tenure.
Fapohunda is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation; An Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Management Accountants.
