Ifeanyi Adeleke, the three-year-old son of Davido and Chioma Rowland has died.
The tragedy occurred on Monday, October 31.
Ifeanyi drowned in his father's Banana Island property.
He was airlifted to Evercare Hospital in Lekki, where he was pronounced dead.
The couple had gone to Ibadan for a family reunion yesterday and had left Ifeanyi with his minders, who are baffled as to how he entered the pool without being seen and drowned.
Several people were arrested at Davido's house at the time of the incident.
Davido was taken from Evercare Hospital, upset and inconsolable, and transferred to his father's residence, where he remains as of press time.
Daddy freeze took to Instagram to comfirm the news and a host of other celebrities.
