Dawakin Kudu Presents Magistrate Court Complex To Kano Chief

Dawakin Kudu Local Government Council on Monday handed over a Magistrate court complex in Dawakin kudu town to kano State Chief Judge, Justice Nura Sagir Umar.

This is contained in a statement signed by Information Officer Dawakin kudu, Abubakar Ibrahim Sharada on Tuesday.

According to the Council Chairman, Nasiru Ibrahim Matage revealed that the contract for the project was awarded at forty-three million naira from the local government finances.

Matage said the complex is expected to ease the speedy dispensation of justice in the area.

The Chairman, who was represented by the vice chairman of the council, Yakubu Musa Naira described the relationship between the judiciary and the local government council as cordial.

Receiving the keys to the complex, Kano state chief judge, Justice Nura Sagir Umar commended Dawakin kudu Local government for the giant stride and promised to make judicious of the Magistrate court complex.

The Chief judge represented by the Director of Personal Management of Kano State High court of Justice, Zahraddeen Abdu Fagge urged other local governments to emulate Dawakin kudu in that direction.

Responding, the Chief Magistrate, Dawakin kudu, Kabiru Sallau called for the provision of a borehole at the Magistrate court complex for the smooth administration of Justice.
