Dbanj, Tonto Dikeh Celebrates Birthday With Worship Session

Nigerian singer, D'banj and his birthday mate actress, Tonto Dikeh turned a new age on June 9. They hosted a worship session together to celebrate.

The worship session was held in Tonto's house and the duo, who had been work partners were surrounded by few friends and family members in an intense mood of worship as they appreciated God for the gift of life, growth, and opportunity to mark a new age.

D'banj was seen on his knees while Tonto lied face flat on the floor with tears in her eyes.
In a 35-minute video shared on Tonto Dikeh’s Instagram page, the duo were later seen holding hands as the others showered a rain of prayers on them.

In the past, Tonto was a member of D'banj's record label, DB records. It was widely rumoured that the actress was kicked off D’banj’s record label due to the fact that she was not generating enough money for the company.

However, D'banj debunked the rumour, "She can stand alone because she is very talented, they are all big brands and from their looks, you know they have great talents. All I did was to tell them that we should look for ways to make things work better.

"Also, when a woman is married, it is a different ball game. I have not seen her since the marriage and of course, now she has a child.

"She has been out of the country and I would say to you that the last thing she said to me was that she wanted to work on her foundation. I believe when she comes back, she would take some decisions."
