Details From Footage Of Leaked 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' Trailer

The trailer for the upcoming superhero movie Spider-Man: No Way Home made its way to TikTok in what is being considered a leak.

According to a report by Vulture, the video clip which has since been taken down was confirmed to be legitimate by the Hollywood Reporter.

The report says that the video shows an individual screening the trailer on their mobile phone which had a watermark overlay by a VFX artist.

The Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer reportedly features Dr. Strange (played by Benedict Cumberbatch) and the villainous Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina); appearances which were confirmed in December 2020.

Speaking with Variety in April 2021, Molina had said, "When we were shooting it, we were all under orders not to talk about it, because it was supposed to be some great big secret.

"But, you know, it’s all over the internet. I actually described myself as the worst kept secret in Hollywood!” 

Spider-Man: No Way Home is slated for release in the United States on December 17, 2021. Actor Tom Holland reprises his role as the web-slinging superhero.
