DJ Cuppy Files Lawsuit Against Davido’s Logistic Manager

Billionaire heiress and singer, Florence Otedola, popularly known by her stage name DJ Cuppy, has filed a lawsuit against Davido's logistic manager, Israel Afeare, for libel and defamation.

AllNews earlier reported that the logistic manager waded into the feud between the DJ and another artiste, Zlatan Ibile, and accused the Cuppy of not paying Zlatan for the collaboration ‘Gelato’ they did together.

In response, the DJ said there was no breach of contractual agreement regarding the song ‘Gelato’ and then announced that she is suing Afeare for defamation.

She wrote, via her social media page, “For the record... There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers... However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation... See you in court Isreal.”
