DJ Cuppy has reacted to Anthony Joshua's rematch loss.
DJ Cuppy says she is proud of Anthony Joshua, a Nigerian-born British boxer, despite his loss to Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk in a heavyweight rematch on Sunday.
Usyk defended his heavyweight titles in Saudi Arabia after a thrilling rematch with Joshua that ended in a split decision.
Before the fight on Sunday, Joshua had lost the first match to Usyk in 2021, but a win would have allowed him to retain the title he previously held.
Despite the loss, DJ Cuppy, who is a close friend to Anthony Joshua, slammed critics immediately after Usyk's victory.
She stated how proud she is of Joshua 'with or without his belts,'.
She wrote:
"So PROUD of Femi! WITH or WITHOUT belts, ALWAYS my CHAMP ? ? @AnthonyJoshua ??.Oh and before I forget, FUCK the HATERS!"
