DJ Switch Speaks To International Bodies Over The Killings A

Obianuju Catherine Udeh, professionally known as DJ Switch, has called on international bodies to investigate and prosecute the perpetrators of the killings at Lekki toll gate.

DJ Switch released a video on Instagram over the weekend while speaking to ICC prosecutors, United Nations representatives, Amnesty International, Allamin Foundation for Peace and Development.

Present in the 19th assembly of state parties to the International Criminal Court virtual side event are Agnes Callamard -United Nations Special Rapporteur for Extrajudicial, Summary or Arbitrary Executions, Obianuju Catherine Udeh( DJ Switch) -Artist and Activist, Hamsatu Allamin- Founder and Executive Director Allamin foundation for peace and Development, Netsanet Belay-Research and Advocacy Director Amnesty International, Rod Rastan- Legal Adviser office of the Prosecutor at the international criminal court.

She claimed that "the Nigerian authorities under the poor corrupt and misguided leadership of president Buhari, down to his cohort, Governor Jide Sanwo-Olu, General Tukur Buratai, Brigadier Taiwo,Lai Mohammed and many more. they have all tried to deny this event while in the same breath contradicting themselves".

DJ Switch is a Nigerian DJ and songwriter also claimed that the Government of Nigeria is corrupt and does not have the interest of the average masses at heart.

"Two months later, no answers, no charges, no arrests. A government quick to impose laws that further enslave Nigerians rather than elevate us. I am not wasting my gift by staying silent & neither should you," she said.
