After its release on Sunday, Kanye West's Donda album became the most streamed in 24 hours on Spotify, beating Olivia Rodrigo's debut album Sour to achieve the feat.
Per a Variety report, Donda was released on the streaming platform at around 8.15 am E.T. and after 32 hours, topped Rodrigo's album on the world's largest paid music subscription service.
From the numbers Kanye West's latest musical work is doing, it may break even more records, that is until Drake's highly anticipated Certified Lover Boy album drops on Friday.

In all, 23 of the album's 27 songs had taken up over half of the top 50 positions on the popular music streaming platform.
Kanye recently filed to change his name officially to 'Ye' and his divorce plans with wife Kim Kardashian have reportedly been put on hold as they are said to be 'working things out.'
