Dorcas Shola Fapson Responds To Assault Allegation

Nollywood actress and DJ, Dorcas Shola-Fapson has responded to the recent accusation of assaulting stylist Maklinscout.

It all started in May 2022 when Maklinscout publicly called out Dorcas Shola-Fapson for allegedly failing to compensate him for his styling services provided for the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA).

Fast forward to the present, following an encounter at a studio in Lekki, Lagos, where Dorcas Shola-Fapson and Maklinscout crossed paths once again, Dorcas took to her Snapchat to address the accusations levelled against her.

In a Snapchat post, she emphasized that clout, the pursuit of online fame and attention, can be a potent and destructive force.

She clarified that she has always diligently compensated those she has worked with, often going above and beyond what is owed.

“Clout is honestly a hell of a drug. And fyi there is no one and I mean NO ONE that I have ever worked with that I haven’t always paid more than my bill, go ask around,” she wrote.

Maklinscout had claimed that the actress assaulted him at a photography studio in Lekki.
