DPO Aswani: CSP Oyin Francess Receives Award For Selfless Se

The Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Aswani Division (Area ‘D’ Command), CSP Oyin Francess on Friday received a commendation for her "outstanding" contributions to the development of the society amid COVID-19 lockdown.

AllNews reports that CSP Oyin Frances popularly called 'mother of peace' was honoured by Our Days Media congratulating her for her selfless service in the community especially during the heat period of the COVID-19 pandemic.

CSP Oyin in appreciation gave all glory to God the giver and comforter, also her husband and all friends and colleagues for their support.

CSP Oyin who hails from Warri, Delta State was enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force as a cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police(ASP) in 2002.

She is a graduate of Sociology and holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Labour Relations both at Delta State University, Abraka.

AllNews reports that CSP Oyin has won numerous awards as a Police Officer 'due to her kindheartedness'. She was honoured with the title of Ezinne (Good Mother) by Catholic Women Organization (CWO), Our Lady of Fatima Cathedral, Kano in the year 2009.

She was among the 50 recipients that got honoured by the Lagos State Government at the Lagos @50 Hall of Fame Awards as a Peace Ambassador amongst other several awards.

CSP Oyin is passionate, smart and a lover of peace with a special gift in conflict resolution. Testimonies abound on how she had helped resolve disputes that would have ordinarily ended up in Court as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Officer.
