A drug trafficker who concealed drugs in his tyre while travelling along the Abuja-Kaduna highway has been discovered by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
According to reports, the operatives were on night patrol when they made the discovery.
Speaking on the incident on Tuesday, NDLEA’s Director of Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi stated that it was yet another method that drug traffickers use to evade detection.
"This is yet another revelation of how disingenuous drug traffickers can be to conceal illicit substances in their bid to evade detection.
“This video shows how a mule hid illicit drugs in his car tyre, travelling with it in the night along the Abuja-Kaduna highway...", he said.
