Young Rock will delve into Johnson's life; from childhood to his troubled teenage years, and all the way through to his career. It is created by Nahnatchka Khan it was given a straight-to-series order by NBC on January 11, 2020.
The series stars Adrian Groulx, Bradley Constant, Uli Latikefu, Stacey Leilua, John Tui, amongst others.

Dwayne Johnson made a name for himself wrestling for the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, later changed to WWE) where he was often called 'The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment' and 'The People's Champion'.
