In a video, two female electorates were seen rejoicing after successfully selling their votes for money in the ongoing gubernatorial election in Ekiti state.
The two young ladies filmed themselves flaunting the cash they received, alongside their Permanent Voters Card (PVC).
Meanwhile, voters at Polling Unit 001 in Ado Ekiti had earlier vowed to elect a credible leader by not trading their votes in exchange for a pot of soup in the ongoing gubernatorial election.
In a video sighted online, they were seen saying "A diibo se obe mo". This means they won't trade their votes for money to cook a pot of stew.
