The Presiding officer, Balake Anthonia, said accreditation and voting started at 8:30 am. She also complained about exhaustion of the INEC stamp ink.
She said the INEC stamp ink has faded and she has to manage it by adding water to the ink.
As at 12.10 Pm, 179 accredited voters already cast their vote out of 576 voters the Polling Unit
