Human rights activist Aisha Yesufu has expressed disappointment with the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, over his comments on Ike Ekweremadu following his arrest in the United Kingdom.
Ekweremadu made headlines after he was apprehended alongside his wife for human trafficking and organ harvesting.
Reacting to the former Deputy Senate President's arrest, Peter Obi had stated that he was praying for Ekweremadu and his family and that he had handed the matter to God for justice to be done.
Obviously displeased with Obi's response, Aisha Yesufu criticised him, saying that his response was not a good one and that he (Obi) can actually stand with the Ekweremadus and also stand with the boy involved.
In another post, she admonished the presidential candidate to get people trained in communication as "perception is everything" and "communication is key".
