The Immigration Service and three banks have been ordered by a Federal High Court in Abuja to immediately release the details of David Ukpo to detained Senator Ike Ekweremadu to defend himself in the United Kingdom.
Ukpo is the young man at the centre of the organ harvesting case and the court order was given on Friday by Justice Inyang Ekwo while delivering judgment in the suit instituted by Ekweremadu and his wife Beatrice.
Following the order, all information including the account opening package in relation to Ukpo is to be released to the former Deputy Senate President to ascertain Ukpo's real age.

Ukpo had told a London court that he was a minor of 15 years of age, leading to the apprehension of Ekweremadu and his wife.
The other defendants in the suit are the Comptroller General (C-G), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS); Stanbic-IBTC Bank, United Bank of Africa (UBA), and Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc as 2nd to 5th respondents, respectively.
