Emmanuel Difom Becomes Guinness New Financial, Strategy Director

Guinness Nigeria Plc on Wednesday announced the appointment of Emmanuel Difom as the Finance and Strategy Director of the company.

The announcement was made by the company secretary, Rotimi Odusola and filled with the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

The announcement reads: “This is to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the investing public and our esteemed shareholders that the Board of Directors of Guinness Nigeria Plc at its meeting held on 26th October 2021, approved the appointment of Emmanuel Difom as the Finance and Strategy Director of the Company with effect from 1st November 2021."

According to the disclosure, Difom brings on board over fifteen years of experience as Finance Director with proven functional, strategic and leadership capabilities.

Difom has a solid background in FMCG, Oil and Gas and Banking sector. He is highly accomplished executive with strong experience in Business Strategy, Finance and Tax management.
