#EndSARS: Hashtag Garners 1.75 Million Tweets, Here Are Some Of Them

The End SARS hashtag continues to trend on Twitter, garnering over 1.7 million tweets; and not just domestically, but in other countries like the United Kingdom and the US.

Nigerians are calling on the Federal Government to disband the rogue unit of the Nigeria Police Force infamous for brutalising, torturing, and sometimes killing, the youths in the country; profiling them as criminals based off their appearances or their possession of flashy accessories.

Celebrities, both local and foreign, have also joined their voices to the call for an end to the brutality meted out on the youths by these officers.
