#EndSars: Old Man Do Something, Nothing Concern You For Amer

Nigerian singer, Wizkid has called out President Muhammadu Buhari over the activities of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).

AllNews reports that top personalities and other citizens in the country have over time called for an end to the anti-robbery squad, as a result of the incessant killing of youths.

In a renewed protest on micro-blogging platform, Twitter, Wizkid slammed Buhari for his 'nonchalance' over the issue.

While reacting to a tweet where Buhari prayed for quick recovery of President Donald Trump from COVID-19, the "Joro" crooner asked the Nigerian president to "mind his business".

"I wish US President, Donald Trump and his wife, Melania, quick and full recovery from Covid-19," the president had treated.

In response, Wizkid tweeted "Donald Trump is not your business! Old man! Police/Sarz still killing Nigerian youth on a daily! Do something! Nothing concern u for America! Face your country !!"

The 30-year-old singer did not end there, as he also took swipes at Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos state, who assured that immediate actions would be taken.

Sanwo-Olu tweeted "The safety of our residents is my number one duty as the CSO of Lagos. So, reading reports of seemingly unlawful exploitation by the people charged to protect is very worrying & needs to be addressed immediately. Be assured that appropriate actions will be taken, & speedily too."

Wizkid, however, replied to the governor's tweet, asking him he governor to make the state's residents proud.

"Mr Governor! I met with you December 2019! You expressed how proud you are of the entertainment industry and all we do. Pls do something let’s be proud of you too abeg !"
