#EndSARS: Prophet Odumeje Speaks On Fatalities In Protests

The founder of Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Onitsha, Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, alias Odumeje ‘The Lion', has prayed that those who 'laid down their lives' during the recent #EndSARS protests do not be in vain.

AllNews reports that "End SARS" movement has spread across Nigeria over the past fortnight, at least 56 people have died - 38 of them last Tuesday alone, Amnesty International claims.

Witnesses to the scenes in the infamous Lekki Toll Gate Shooting incident on Tuesday said more than 20 officers started firing at peaceful demonstrators.

Reacting to the recent unrest in Nigeria, Odumeje, a self-styled prophet, prayed via his known Twitter handle on Wednesday that 'God replenish whatever you have lost in Jesus name'.

Church Activities shall resume fully on Friday 30th October, 2020. May God grant peace to those that lost their loved ones over #EndsSARS protest. Laying down their lives shall not be in vain. Earlier, Odumeje predicted that "more dangers are coming".
