#ENDSARS: Terrorism Accusation An Attempt To Make Youths Back-Out Of Panel - Lawyer

Fire-brand Nigerian Lawyer Dele Farotimi has alleged that the move by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to link #ENDSARS promoters with terrorism is an attempt by the government to kick the youths out of the Lagos Judicial Panel of Inquiry and Restitution for victims of SARS Related Abuses and Lekki Toll Gate Incident.

Farotimi who made this allegation during an interview on Arise TV said that the Babajide Sanwo-Olu led administration was not interested in uncovering the truth of what happened in Lekki tollgate.

According to him, the Lagos state government and everyone connected does not want the panel of inquiry to sit.

"The Lagos State government does not dare to allow the panel that is currently sitting in Lekki to sit, neither does the Nigerian government or the Nigerian army.

"They might pretend that they are interested in finding the truth but I guarantee you they are all going shinanigans to ensure that that Panel is truncated.

"Them finding all of a sudden that people who are funding peaceful protest are terrorist is designed to ensure that the Youth representatives on that panel walk away," he said.

He further urged the youths to remain on the panel to show the lies of the government to the whole world.

It will be recalled that one of the youths on the Lagos Judicial Panel Rinu Oduala AKA Rinu boycotted the Lagos judicial panel after the CBN froze her bank account.
