#EndSars: Youths Are Their Own Problem- Charles Awurum

Nollywood actor, Charles Awurum has lamented over the current situation of the country, stating that the youths are their own problem. 

Awurum in a video shared on his Instagram page, said some youths are looking for the "bitterment" of the country while some are on the mission of betterment.

In the video, the comic actor said “Na now I sabi say the youths na the problem of the youths, some protest for the betterment of the country while some loot for the bitterment of the country. This world is rigorous,” he said in the video.

“The youths na the problem of the youths. Politicians dey use some dey fight against the majority wey get better intention for the future.”

Awurum's remark is coming moment when some hoodlums have hijacked the peaceful #EndSars campaign calling for an end to police brutality. 

Shops, government's warehouses and other private residence have been vandalised and looted across the country. 

This began hours after soldiers opened gunfire at the Lekki tollgate protesters, as some reportedly died and several others were injured.
