Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored a second-half brace as Arsenal defeated Newcastle United 3-0 in the Premier League on Monday, propelling Mikel Arteta's men climbed back to top 10.
The defeat was Steve Bruce's side ninth game without a win in all competitions.
Aubameyang fired the Gunners ahead in the 50th minute, finishing off a counter-attack, running at the Newcastle defence and then blasting home a powerful left-foot drive at the near post.

The Gabonese striker has now scored 5 goals so far to what has been an incredibly slow-scoring start to his 2020-21 campaign.

Ten minutes later, Bukayo Saka made it 2-0 with a confident slot home after good work down the left flank from youngster Emile Smith Rowe.
Aubameyang completed the comfortable victory after Cedric Soares got to the byline and pulled the ball back into his path.
Arsenal now moves to 10th on the log ahead of Aston Villa - though Villa has 3 games outstanding, while Newcastle remains at 15th failing to move past Wolves.
