De Bruyne withdrew from the Belgium squad for the UEFA Nations League and City boss Pep Guardiola said he was not able to put a date on the midfielder's return.

"Unfortunately De Bruyne is out, but the rest of the players came back well," Guardiola told a news conference. "I don't think it is [serious], but the next games I think he will be out. We will see."

Guardiola also commented on Mikel Arteta's impact at the Emirate Stadium, when he said, "He was able to get Arsenal back in the position they were in a while ago. They are a team like Mikel, a competitor, and a fighter. We are more than happy with what he is doing in London."
