EPL: Kane Proves Crucial Against Fulham As Tottenham Maintain Unbeaten Run

Harry Kane was once again on target for Tottenham in the 2-1 win against newly-promoted Fulham in another London derby on Saturday to maintain their unbeaten run in their Premier League campaign.

The English striker has enjoyed a glorious start to the season scoring five goals in six games as Tottenham remains unbeaten so far.

Danish midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg opened the scoring for Tottenham just before halftime with a thunderous effort.

It was a dominant performance by the Antonio Conte-led side, who recorded 23 shots, 10 of which were on target.

Fulham struggled to cope with the quality of Tottenham, and Bernd Leno was the only reason why the scoreline wasn't more than that.

Richarlison was handed his first start of the season, and he took good advantage of the opportunity with a lively performance, his late goal was ruled out for offside.

Harry Kane increased Tottenham's lead with a thumping header before Alexander Mitrovic scored a consolation goal for Fulham in the 83rd minute.

Tottenham have moved up to the third position on the log with 14 points from six games.

Tottenham will be active midweek in the Champions League against Marseille before Premier League action against Manchester City on Saturday.
