The Egyptian has urged his teammates to carry on and focus on the next game.
"We didn't start the way we want, but I think it is part of the game, we have to react. We lost four points in the first two games, but it can happen.
"I think everybody is excited about the season, everybody wants to show our football again, so we just need to carry on, we can't change the past, so we just focus on the next game. Salah told Sky Sports.
Salah was asked about the prospect of going seven points behind Man City.
"It could be a little bit of pressure, seven points behind City, but I think it is too early to think about that."
Liverpool have a date with wounded Manchester United at Old Trafford on Monday night as both sides eye their first win of the season.
The FA Cup and Carabao Cup champions spanked Manchester United 5-0 at Old Trafford last season and they will be hoping for a repeat to get their season on track.
