Manchester United striker, Marcus Rashford says he took inspiration from Luis Nani's free-kick technique while watching the English Premier League (EPL) giants as a youngster.
The Manchester United no.10 has become renowned for his ability to score long-range free-kicks, netting a memorable strike at Chelsea in the Carabao Cup in October 2019, and others throughout his career. Although Bruno Fernandes often takes free-kicks closer to goal, Rashford often fancies his chances from distance.
Taking to social media on Monday evening, the lifelong United supporter asked his 4.3 million strong followers to suggest questions for him to reply to during a Twitter question-and-answer session.
When Football on BT Sport asked him his preferred free-kick taker (all-time), besides United legend David Beckham, the 23-year-old responded by name-checking former Reds' winger Nani, superstar Cristiano Ronaldo's national teammate.

AllNews understands that Rashford is currently nursing an ankle ligament injury which he aggravated against AC Milan in the Europa League.
United's next game is on April 4, versus Brighton in an EPL fixture, and the club is not expected to rush him back.
