Manchester United manager Eric ten Hag acknowledged Sevilla's success in the competition but stated that his focus was currently on domestic fixtures.
He also noted that all opponents at this stage of the Europa League were strong and that United would need to play their best football to progress.
Juve, who dropped out of the Champions League after finishing third in their group, will look to win the competition to secure a place in next season's Champions League.
Their top-four hopes in Serie A have all but vanished after a 15-point deduction over their transfer dealings. Juve's opponents Sporting beat Premier League leaders Arsenal in a penalty shootout on Thursday.
In other fixtures, Dutch side Feyenoord will face AS Roma, while Bayer Leverkusen, now managed by former Spain midfielder Xabi Alonso, will face Belgian side Union Saint-Gilloise.
The first legs of the quarter-finals will take place on April 13, with the second legs scheduled for April 20.
The semi-final draw sees the winners of the Juventus/Sporting and United/Sevilla ties face off in the first semi-final, while Feyenoord/Roma and Leverkusen/Union will battle it out in the second.
The first legs of the semi-finals will take place on May 11, with the second legs scheduled for May 18.
