European giants Manchester City, Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Tottenham Hotspur, and Barcelona are set to take their talents to Asia this summer, with a series of high-profile fixtures across the continent announced earlier this week.

Fans in Tokyo will have a treat as Pep Guardiola's Manchester City will take on his former club Bayern Munich and Japanese champions Yokohama F Marinos in friendlies at Tokyo's National Stadium on July 23 and July 26 respectively.

Bayern Munich will also play J-League side Kawasaki Frontale before travelling to Singapore to take on Liverpool on August 2.

Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool will play two games in the city-state, also facing Leicester on July 30. Tottenham Hotspur will travel to Australia, Thailand, and Singapore, with their tour culminating in a game against former coach Jose Mourinho's Roma in Singapore on July 26.

Meanwhile, newly crowned Spanish champions Barcelona will also head to Asia to play a friendly against Andres Iniesta's Vissel Kobe in Tokyo on June 6, just days after they complete their league season.

Scottish champions Celtic will take on coach Ange Postecoglou's former team, Marinos, in Yokohama on July 19. Football fans across Asia can look forward to a summer of world-class football as some of Europe's top clubs descend on the continent.
