Everton loses at home to West Ham United

Everton lost 1-3 at home to West Ham United as both sides met in the Premier League during the weekend.

The two teams would fancy their chances but it was the West Ham United side that carried the day at the end of the match.

Following the early exchanges of the match, goals were not forthcoming despite the chances that were created by both teams.

Everton had the chance to score in the 45th minute but Beto squandered the chance from the penalty spot. It finished goalless at the break.

After the restart, Beto scored in the 56th minute of the match to open the scoring for his side. He was set up by James Garner for the goal but the visitors had the last laugh as they rallied behind to net the goal they desired.

Defender Kurt Zouma levelled things up for his West Ham United side courtesy of an assist from James Ward Prowse in the 62nd minute.

Tomas Souchek made it 2-1 in the 90+1 minutes as he was played in for the goal by Mohammed Kudus.

It became 3-1 for West Ham United as Edson Alvarez scored In the 90+5 minute to seal a famous win for the away side.

Jarrod Bowen made the assist for the goal. It finished 3-1 in favour of David Moyes’s West Ham United at the Goodison Park.
