Everton is set to complete the signing of relegated Watford's midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure for £25m including add-ons. Permission also has been granted to the Frenchman to join the Goodison Park club.
Everton is also the verge of signing Real Madrid James Rodriguez and Napoli Allan to strengthen Carlo Ancelloti's team ahead of the 2020-21 season.
Doucoure has been given permission to discuss personal terms and take a medical at Everton.

Watford had begun negotiations wanting £35m for the French midfielder, while Everton values him closer to £25m.
The issue Watford is suffering is as expected to all teams that suffer relegation from the top-tier: the need to satisfy the player's urge to play at the top level, win cups, and gain more recognition.
Doucoure is the first to be exiting the Hornets with more to be seen in weeks to come as clubs will come to poach players from the Championship side.
