A message directing 'N-Agro beneficiaries' of N-Power, who applied for the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD's) PACE to check their email "immediately" is currently in circulation online, AllNews observed.
@npower_ng is it true that they have started sending messages to applicants???
I heard that people who applied under agriculture are receiving mails

Some Nigerians have misconstrued this message to imply that those who applied for N-Power Batch C Recruitment are being onboarded.

No, that is not correct. Nobody is receiving any mail and no one is sending any mail to Batch C prospective beneficiaries presently.
FMARD PACE Agriculture for Food and Jobs Plan (AFJP), the Nigerian Government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic aimed at increasing locally grown food supply and job creation, has been underway since at least May 2020, AllNews can confirm. It is different from N-Power batch C recruitment.
N-Agro Batch A and B beneficiaries were asked to fill an online form earlier this year, and enumerators were subsequently selected.
"The N-Power Batch C application portal closed on Sunday, August 9, 2020, after receiving over 5m applications. As we embark on the review process, efforts are in high gear to clear the stipends for Batch A and B before onboarding the new set of beneficiaries," Sadiya Farouq, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development said on Sunday.
