Falz Undergoes Knee Surgery After Football Injury [Video]

Popular Nigerian rapper, songwriter and activist, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has undergone knee surgery after sustaining an injury while playing football.

The talented artist shared a video on his Instagram page, chronicling how he got the injury and the subsequent surgery.

In the video, Falz revealed that he suffered a knee injury on November 23, 2022, while playing football.

He stated that he initially thought it was a minor injury but later found out that it was a complete tear on his ACL, which required surgery.

The rapper shared videos of himself at the hospital, preparing for surgery and post-surgery.

He also called for prayers from his fans and well-wishers.

“Today is 26th of November 2022. I’m walking with a bit of a limp.

“About three days ago, on the 23rd, I went to play football and I sustained a knee injury, seems pretty serious.

“This is December 30, 2022, about a week since I tore my ACL. To be honest I didn’t know what the hell happened on the day, I just know it felt really painful

“The MRI result came out and it shows that it is a complete tear on my ACL. I’ve been advised to go into surgery to fix it,” he said.
