Fan Raises Alarm As Nollywood Star Is Arrested, Paraded As ESN Operative

A Nollywood actor named Hycent Azunna Zealot (better known as King Zealot) has been arrested by the Imo State Police Command and paraded as a member of the Eastern Security Network (ESN).

Azunna Zealot is a producer, actor, and singer who has appeared in several Nigerian movies. He was paraded alongside others who are alleged to be members of his team.

Items allegedly recovered from them include bullets, guns, and ammunition; all displayed with the apprehended individuals.

A friend of the actor who got wind of the development took to Facebook to claim that the Nollywood star is being blackmailed and has called for his release.

"From what I got, he was arrested alongside the other people and tagged an ESN member. This young man is King Zealot and he is an actor and a music artist based in Owerri.

"... This is cheap blackmail... This isn't a good thing to arrest people and tag them what you like. Please give Zealot an unconditional release.

"Please let's share and save this happy soul", part of the post reads.
