Federal High Court In Abuja Sacks Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah

A Federal High Court in the Bwari area of Abuja has sacked Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, a member of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), representing Anambra south at the Senate, after losing his appeal to revoke the judgment of the court nullifying his election into  the National Assembly.

According to the Vanguard, Ifeanyi ubah was sacked after the court refused to set aside its initial judgment involving the nullifying of Ubah's candidacy under the umbrella of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), after it got evidence of the senator allegedly forging the certificate of his National Examination Council (NECO) that aided his participation in the senetorial election in his state on 23 February 2019.
