Fidelity Bank Announces Retirement Of Kings Akuma

The retirement of Kings Chukwu Akuma has been approved by Fidelity Bank Plc from its board of directors.

His retirement came after six years of serving the institution.

According to a corporate disclosure signed by Company Secretary Ezinwa Unuigboje, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is also aware of the development.

Part of the statement reads, “Fidelity Bank Plc hereby notify the public of the retirement of Kings Chukwu Akuma, Non-executive director from the board of the bank with effect from November 24th 2022.

“The board approved the retirement at its meeting of November 22, 2022, and has communicated same to the central bank of Nigeria.”
