Fidelity Bank Director Steps Down After 30 Years

 

The Executive Director, Shared Services and Products of Fidelity Bank Plc, Chijioke Ugochukwu, after 30 years of service, is set to step down her position as director following her contract expiration at the end of March. 

In a statement filed by the bank to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, the lender expressed appreciation to her for the contributions she made for the bank’s growth.

Ugochukwu joined the bank as a member of the National Youth Service Corps in 1989, employed as an executive trainee in 1990 and made it into the board of directors on April 1, 2012.

It added that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Securities and Exchange Commission is aware of the current development.
