Global Football governing body, FIFA has released its latest ranking for Men's team ahead of the World Cup slated for November. Nigeria has dropped to 32nd compared to the previous list by the organization.

Nigeria missed out on the World Cup final spot when they drew Ghana at the MKO stadium in Abuja which gave the Black Stars an edge over the Super Eagles.

Missing out on the Global competition has also resulted in a drop in the ranking to 32nd.

Although Nigeria continued to boast of the likes of Victor Osimhen, Dressers, Kelechi Iheneacho, and Wilfred Ndidi in the lineup, these players have not been able to help the national team in recent outings.

While on the ranking, Brazil remained the top ranked team after pipping Belgium off the peak. Belgium stayed behind Brazil waiting for a time to strike and take back its position which they held for over 4 years.

'Unbeaten Argentina also stayed in the top 3, some would be expecting them to overtake Belgium, especially after the Finalissima glory but they are not far from Belgium in terms of points.

Spain also suffered a drop as moving to 7th while Italy moved to 6th on standings.
