Fintiri Visits, Condoles Emir Of Mubi Over Marafa's Death

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State, has paid a condolence visit to the Emir of Mubi, Alhaji Abubakar Isa Ahmadu, at his palace in Mubi Local Government Area of the state.

Fintiri who visited Emir on Wednesday condoled with him over the demise of the District Head of Mubi, Aliyu Isa Ahmadu (Marafa).

The governor expressed grief over the death of Marafa who was his political ally and deputy when he served as the Speaker of the Adamawa State House of Assembly. 

Recall that Fintiri had attended the funeral prayer for the deceased and visited his residence in Yola, the state's capital to commiserate with the family.

During the visit today, Fintiri sympathized with the Mubi Emirate and the deceased's family. 

He noted that Late Marafa left when he is needed the most in the state.

According to Tukur, Fintiri describe the Late Marafa as a man with wealth of experiences, that has left behind legacy worthy of emulation. 

He added that special prayers were offered for the reposed soul of the late Marafa at the Emir's palace. 

The late Marafa died on Friday at the Boshang clinic after a brief illness, leaving behind a wife and six children.
