AllNews reports that the FIRS in a tweet (now deleted) apologized for the misleading information, stated that notice does not apply to everybody.
We apologize for the misleading tweets (now deleted) that went up yesterday, regarding the completion of self-certification forms by Reportable Persons. The message contained in the @firsNigeria Notice does not apply to everybody. FIRS will issue appropriate clarification shortly pic.twitter.com/KBiPh0lCwJ

However social media users are expressing concerns over the misleading tweet as many Twitter users are of the opinion that social media has turned the third realm of communication and any information passed must be verified while others criticized the usefulness of the self-certification tax form.

In a sane country, whoever posted this is gone.
Buhari really needs a sincere person who has his interest to be by his side and help him. This nonsense embarrassment to Government by his own appointees is too much.

What if I tell you that the number 1 problem of this so called country we find ourselves are the so called "National Assembly " they are responsible for all the pains we bear. Making the ordinary man blame Buhari all the time. These are people who are supposed to be there for us.
